Current Problems of Due Diligence & M&A (including special contract clauses)

The lecture will take place on Friday 6 November 2015 at 1:00 pm in the Old Library Aula (Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28).

Prof. Klaus J. Hopt is a world renowned authority in private law, european company law and capital markets, an emeritus Director of Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.

A short introduction to the lecture will be given by Prof. UW Jacek Jastrzębski from Civil Law Department, Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

The lecture will be held in English.
