Polish Company Law is governed by the Code of Commercial Companies (Kodeks spółek handlowych) of 15 September 2000 (Journal of Laws No 94, item 1037 as amended – “CCC” or the “Code”). It contains regime provisions, regulating the creation and organisation of companies, their functioning, dissolution, joining, division and transformation.
